You can log a defect here: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/feedback so that Airbnb is alerted to the problem. You can go to the Tips and Tutorials Discussion Room and find the tutorial for how to contact Airbnb and try one of those to help resolve the issue. You can clear your cookies and cache on your machine and restart the application so any pre-fills your computer may be providing will be eliminated. You could try restarting your computer to remove any messaging that may stopping your inputs. Let us know which one worked for you.
