I have the same problem, not with my account but with a friend's account that I'm helping him with Internet to list his house.
Yes we send an email to the inquiry mailbox as suggested but no answer so far (3 weeks have already passed) .
I have contacted airbnb myself to understand better the reason of this but, rightly, I'm not allowed to know other people things.
The true is that I don't want to know other people things, I just want to know why the account has been disabled and if this is a technical problem that will be resolved or if it's a personal matter problem. I don't want to know why is happening if personal, but just to know that it's a result of some previous behavior or that is a technical issue.. No answer so far and I think I will contact airbnb again to ask again.
