Account Under Review/Frozen status

Hi there,

 

I just started listing about two weeks ago.  7 days ago, my guest said he can't find my listing anywhere, which I found my listing disappeared from the searching results.  I have contacted customer support each day since then, and have talked with nearly 10 representatives now.  The only answer I got so far is 

 

- we don't know the reason and don't know how long it will take

- the case is forwarded to a trust/review/technical department and there's no method to reach out to them

-the XXX department will respond to you within 24-48 hours (which never happened after 7 days)

 

So at this moment, I need help!  We have invested a lot of money, time, efforts into this listing and it has been a complete loss so far, given there have no views for the listing.

 

ANYONE CAN HELP?

Your listing and your account are indeed not active.

It is strange Airbnb did not inform you they were paused.

Did something happen ? (claims, complaining neighbours, no license etc, safety issues ? )

Airbnb hasn't responded anything regarding this issue.  

Nothing like those occurred, only thing happened was the guest was trying to extend the stay and couldn't find my listing.  He contacted the support.
