What are the short term rental rules and do I need to apply for a license.. if so where? I can’t seem to locate where to do that. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

@Betsy0 what sort of license are you referring to?

If it is from your local government, then information should be on their website.

@Betsy100 I believe since the mailing address is Denver city but it resides in Adams county that you don't need to have a short-term rental license. In all of my research for my own home, I don't believe Adams county has established any of these sorts of regulations.
