Adding a listing to my account that is owned by someone else. Connected to different bank account?

My husband and I manage several rental properties but so far have only listed our own personal home on AirBnb. One of the owners of another rental that we managed has asked us about listing their property on Airbnb. I would like to add that listing to my account, but am wondering if it would be possible to link the owner's bank account to that property so that the booking payments would go directly to her, and then she would pay us our commission quarterly, rather than us having to collect the money through our account and send to her.

Basically, is it possible to have multiple bank accounts connected to our airbnb account, and specify which listing is connected to which account? I'd like to figure out if this is possible before going through the effort to list the property.

Yes, you can have payments for listings you host diverted to the owners bank account. add the owners bank details/payout method and link it to the listing you want to pay them from.
