Advice for Setting up payment please

Hi, I am new to all of this hosting and have already due to circumstances beyond our control offered 2 guests a discount on their stay. I have done one transaction successfully and about to do the next transaction. I have set up my bank debit card as the payment method but each time I go to "send money" it says "resolution payer must select valid payment method" I have tried many times and no joy. Does one have to wait a period of time after guest check out to do this? Do I have to wait till their review if posted?  Just at a loss as how to solve. Any advice welcome 🙂
