Advice on Bedding

I'm in the process of purchasing bedding for a new listing. Does anyone have advice on providing sheets verses using a linen service? Also, any thoughts on comforters... for example, should these be washed after each visit? I have some lovely quilts I'd like to use but they need to be drycleaned so I would probably only be able to clean once a season. Not sure if its wise to use these or not. Thank you in advance for the advice!

The use of a linen service will vary by region and size of your operation... In Boston this should be easy to hire a company and it shouldn't be expensive considering all labor, time and material included... Some of them (like Cintas) even will replace the sheet if they can't clean it... This is good only for high volume operations and minimum workforce...
As for blankets and comforters we do wash them if they were used... We sore them in the closet, so if we think the guest used it we will wash them...  We don't use quilts because would be double the trouble...
