Airbnb Verification Issues

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to confirm my booking. Its telling me that I've got to complete my ID verification but when I try to complete it it tells me that its already been done, however the prompt to complete it won't go away making me unable to properly book. Very frustrating and confusing, is there anything I can do about this? I really need to book this trip urgently. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. 🙂
