Airbnb employee's policies for travel

We've been lucky to host many airbnb employees over the years, and they are almost univerally great guests. A few years ago, an airbnb-employee / guest told me that airbnb employees are only allowed to book rooms with a Flexible or Moderate cancelation policy when traveling for work. I'm wondering if this is still the case? I'd like to try the new "Strict with 48 hours to change your mind" cancelation policy, but we always enjoy hosting airbnb employees, and I don't want to lock them out of our listing.
