Hi I'm wondering how much Airbnb charges for bookings? I have 1 booking for$283.53 and another for $759.04 and have another payment taken out the same day for $109.04? Airbnb getting to pricey for me. Maybe I'm just used to being a host!

Hello @Louise240 It's up to about 15% for the guest and from 3% for the host, from what I remember.

Airbnb lists their commission of 3% for hosts on your rental fee, during the listing process. If you are a guest you are charged something between 13%-18%, it seems to vary depending on the length of stay. Whether you are a host or guest, you can see the commission amount in the booking breakdown.

Hi I have checked the breakdown of fees and see the service fee which I presume is the Airbnb charge but I have been charged separately on the same day for $109.04 ? How do I find out what it is for?
