Hi everyone, 10 days ago, I had a one bedroom apt reservation 1 night 1 guest. But when the guests checked in, he sat in a wheelchair and stayed with a Vietnamese woman. For the convenience of guests, I aranged for them, my best apt with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms to stay. They like my 2 bedrooms apt and requested to stay more 4 nights not via Airbnb with the same price 1 bedroom apt, if not, they will leave a bad review. My co-host realized the Vietnamese woman is not good with her threats. I reported Airbnb about that guests. The next day, the guests locked the door and didnt check out on time. We were very worried that bad guests will do anything not good in my apt, so my co-host requested they check out. But my co-host just came out of the hall, not enter the apt, had a camera in the witness hall. The guest took photos of my co-host, then she called the police and the building's security, and shouted to rebel the building. They are as aggressive as addicts. A week later, all my listings on Airbnb were disapear, my payout was be paused, I tried to contact Airbnb many times, but no answer. After that, Airbnb sent me an email said they can cancel all my bookings.I am very pressing because: I reported that guests first but Airbnb did not care, Airbnb only talks to guests and follows them, does not listen from two sides, does not care about the host. That guest is a bad guy and Airbnb is not good, too. Airbnb holds lots of money of the host but does not protect the host, wrong handing. I feel the host as chess pieces in Airbnb's hands, they do whatever they want, they don't care about the truth, treat unfairly. Does anyone feel helpless like me?

this does seem like a very tricky situation- if you have the proof then please speak with Airbnb directly and send them copies of this footage and the conversation.
Payment should be handled within the Airbnb platform and to a point giving you such a terrible review and flagging your account as you did not appreciate them wanting to pay less is extortion- Airbnb takes this matter seriously!
Realistically if you have proof of this then Airbnb should be siding with you. As it stands all Airbnb knows is that you switched them to a different space so they did not get what they paid for and then you kicked them out. This is all they see as it is out of context.
I think these guests must have flagged your account- unjustly and you should defend yourself.

Many thanks your kindly answer, Yadira. I have proof and called Airbnb many times, they just let me confirm my account and promised to call me again but they didnt answer me. My account had 1140 reviews from 2015 to now, i have lots of 5 stars reviews, i cant treat my guests as that guy said, you know. They booked 1 night 1 guests but stayed 2 guests, booked 1 br but i arranged my best 2 br 2 bathrooms apt with very nice view, I didnt charge any more because the guest is disabled person. I know they like my apt but i dont like threats and reported Airbnb, I waited for them long time but they didnt check out. The Vietnamese woman said bad words so i worried they will do bad things in my apt. I made sure that guests are bad guys and i dont like the way Airbnb treat to the longtime host. They still not contact me untill now, they didnt talk and let me know any information.
Airbnb helped the bad guy make the bad things, unfair so Airbnb is bad, too. I want to prosecute Airbnb. Airbnb dont have incompetence to hold my money in my other bookings. Please let me know how to make Airbnb will be better with the conscience supporters. Many many times Airbnb make me disappointed but this time is peak...
Currently there are many cases, foreigner guests know Airbnb just protect guests, not host so they threatening about bad reviews and staged to detrimental to have price pressure...
Airbnb very sinister, just for 1 guest reported that still not know who was right and who was wrong yet, Airbnb blocked other guests send messages to my account, make many guests become worried, because they cant find any my listing, cant contact to me. This is the strick to pressed other guests cancel their booking to my account. Pausing my payout to hold lots of my money, what do Airbnb plot? Many days passed, Airbnb still not contact to me yet, just silently sabotage and harm my account. Hope that the law of Kamar will come soon with these bad guys.
