I sent a message to Airbnb's support team 6 days ago explanning about all the errors that I have in my account and on my listing due to technical problems but have not had a response yet.
I sent another message to them 2 days ago because I have another problem but still no answer.
What should I do to have a response and have my problems solved???
Well i’m having the same problem too.. suddenly payout missing from my bank account. Reported to airbnb support and have to explain to them the situation again and again. They dont even bother to read until after a few explainantions. Then only reply the following day with appologies because she cannot respond the previous day. Today have not heard from them again for two days. I am pissed off now. Whats the point of hosting when I cannot get paid properly. It already four payouts missing and i have five more processing payout to be missing.
Unbelievable. Airbnb customer service does not follow through. I've contact them via email 3 times, and called twice. They just keep saying that they will get to me, but nothing has happened. I need a $400 refund from a unit that was infested with mice.
In the past, they answered me very quickly. But this time i did not get the reply.
I am worried, why is that????
I am experiencing similar disappointment and frustration with the Airbnb support team. I am waiting on a payout from July 3rd, 2020 (it has been over 50 days). The payout went to my old Apple ID through PayPal, so I patiently waited 30 days for PayPal to send my payout back to Airbnb. Now AirBnb Support is no longer answering the phone, and taking more than 48 hours to respond to my messages. I have still heard nothing about my payout that is owed to me from a reservation that trashed our home over a month ago. I am completely unimpressed with Airbnb support and I want my money! @Ganesh15 @Hanan12 @micheal3315 — Has anyone considered legal actions to take?
I am waiting for Airbnb to contact me now for almost 1 month no sign of support !!!!
What the heck I am waiting for Airbnb to contact me now for almost 1 month no sign of support !!!!
The host was super unfair she even charged me for a non water usage 20 euros I’m expecting Airbnb to finally reply and refund me the week there which was a horrible accomadation ! Milky water bitch super host who restricted me to use water at 36 degresss Celsius what the hell is happening with Airbnb Support team ??? I will never ever book something over Airbnb ever again that is for sure if customers get treated like **bleep** from host and than not even getting help from the support team since a month now almost is just ridiculous !!!
I'm a new host and have yet to receive even 1 payment in over 2 months now. I have entered my bank info at least a dozen times and it's never worked. I have asked for support and have gotten nothing. I NEED this money for mortgage and airBnb is holding it hostage a nd putting me in a terrible spot. I'm also getting airbnb notifications about booking I am making but it's not me making them. I asked for support to help me in case my account has been hacked. Again no reply. If this is happening to most people perhaps it's time for legal actions? A Class action suit against airBnb maybe. I don't know how they are getting away with this. I need help please airbnb.
I have a complaint about a review from a cancelation. My property was rated even though they did not stay. This false rating about cleanliness and amenities has directly affected my booking and super host status. I have been waiting now for over a month from airbnb with absolutely no response. If I do not check in every other day the thread gets closed because of inactivity. I can't believe there is zero support!
ive been waiting almost 2 days for airbnb support to respond to me. I am currently staying in an airbnb, and after booking, the host *messaged* the address. We had an emergency at home and were in a rush, I'll admit. Once we landed at the airbnb, I realized the address in the confirmation booking was different than where they sent me via messages. Totally different location than where we were supposed to be staying. The amenities were also changed after booking, removing tons of things that werent actually available here. Upon further inspection, the reviews were also for a different property (its obvious, people talking about a pool, balcony, etc, all things we didnt have.) So its obvious that this host took an old listing, changed the photos and description, was not able to just change the address because airbnb verifies locations, and then booked it to me. It's called a "ghost listing". I contacted airbnb support about this because I was so confused and honestly started to think maybe we werent safe here. They didnt respond after a full day and a half, so I decided to just confront the host directly (and politely) via messages. They denied any wrongdoing, saying it was a glitch. When I said Ok nevermind I'll just handle this with airbnb then, if its a glitch...and promptly i received a phone call from the host, who was initially apologetic but then was coercing me to NOT contact airbnb about it because he was worried about his super host status and its not his fault. I dont understand how if something is an airbnb glitch, why they would try to cover it up and offer me money to be quiet about it. He offered a night free (we're leaving early anyways) and I accepted it because I was so uncomfortable being pressured on the phone with him and wanted to get off. Really inappropriate to bribe me to be quiet. Very disappointed to still have no response from airbnb about this. There's not even an email address I can use, just the messages in the app. I feel completely mislead about the property and especially about the location, which is no where near where we thought we'd be staying. I honestly am not trying to get a bunch of money back or something, I just want to be treated like I matter.
