Hello!

My husband and I just listed our posting but we can't begin accepting reservations until June 1st but have it all set up for people to do so. I had watched YouTube videos that said that you got algorithm preferences for the first 5 weeks you post your listing but when I do searches, our duplex is the last search result...does anyone know why this is? Is it because we're not doing Instant Booking? Or is it because it's not available until June 1st?

Without entering dates your listing is on nr 33 out of 300+ listings when searching for Olympia,WA.

I think that is good ranking for a new listing..

Maybe you should search when not logged in, unless you have the intention to book your own listing. ;>)
