Already accept the reservation, but did not receive money

I served the guest on 12/12, and until now airbnb did not release the rental yet, is that something wrong?

Airbnb pays out 24 hours after checkin.  Considering Dec 12 was a Friday, that would mean that payout would occur on Saturday, Dec. 13.  Weekends always delay things.  I would wait until Monday or Tuesday before contacting Airbnb.

Still no deposit to my account after three days. Guests have left. How do u get hold of anyone at Airbnb?
