First off, thanks to the Dev's for all of their hard work, being an amateur coder myself I know the work involved.
Ok to the matter at hand.
We have an engineering firm that books our place out during the week (we give them a special rate for repeat bookings), they are a bit lax in when they book sometimes and last night they wanted to extend their stay, but when they sent through the new request I could not do anything, no approve,decline,offer button at all. tried several times but nothing.
Full scenario is as follows.
They originally booked Monday noon to stay mon and tues nights (no problems in sending through the special rate, all good). Then the job took longer and they wanted to stay an extra 2 nights.
So on the Wednesday evening ( about 3pm, after they have already supposed to have checked out) they sent through another enquiry for the Wed and Thurs nights, I suppose if it had been earlier we could have just expanded the dates on the calendar but they were passed their checkout time already.
I was unable to send the special rate or approve as the red button for that did not appear. also I was unable to get to a computer until this morning and I have just seen that on the computer I would have been able to set the rate and send it for them, so it seems to only be the app on my phone.
So two part question is,
Was it just because of the lateness of the enquiry or was it the changes made to the app earlier in the week and the app didn't like the what we were trying to do?
To my mind if it was just the lateness of the booking then why was only the app affected (its installed on 3 different devices and they all did the same thing) and not the computer as well?
