Good moring,

I have had my property on airbnb since March and have received 4 reservations. At present, there is a large request for the town Scicli. Myself and friends have been on the site and entered Scicli July 1 - 7 2018 for two guests but my prpoperty does not appear on the list. They have tried on airbnb.it, airbnb.de, airbnb.fr and airbnb.com and have all had difficulties finding my property. The property is free from now until 20th July and we can nt understand why it does not appear.

We are also waiting for a second review but the guest probaby is wothout internet until she finishes her holiday so will not be able to write this review within the 14 days. I have tried to contact her. Will airbnb remind her to write a review?

Concerning your first problem I think you'll find a solution on the "Guida" section of this site,  about the second question, yes Airbnb during these 14 days will remind her to write a review
