Hi We have not been getting paid within the 24 hours policy. All of the bookings of May not paid. I emailed and called the customer support over the last 10 days. They have passed the case from A to B to C to D case managers who never revert, or give feedback. Each time I call they say, "We apologise but there is nothing we can do !! We don't know what is the problem." I don't know if I should accept further bookings or not as i don't know if I will get paid.

It used to be that when the guest checked in Airbnb would release the funds. Now it is taking a minimum of 4 days after they check out to receive payment. I'm not sure who to talk to or why the changes.

I was told this is due to the time the bank takes to receive and process the bank transfer. But in my case now its been over a month and I am not yet paid, with no changes to any info from april when payments were cleared promptly within the 3-4 day window.
Check you junk e-mail for airbnb mail, you might have been requested to update some information or payments will stop. A lot of people think its a scam but its genuine.

All my payments were frozen by Airbnb as I had dismissed this verification message you mention, thinking it was a scam.
airbnb are actually just offering a level of protection to stop money going to fraudsters. it took a phone call or 2 but everything was sorted and all the back payments came through
Yes have even gone over this. Nothing in spam and all payment data is up to date.
