App missing in App Store

I have an iPhone 6 and the AirBnB app is not showing in the Apple App Store. AirBnB customer service chat suggested I contact Apple. Before I go down that rabbit hole, does anyone have any suggestions other than "buy a new phone"? Thank you

I came across that problem as well.  
As soon as I updated the IOS system to the latest version it was available in the App Store.
