Availability display

How can I have my calendar show that a day is available for check-in even when a prior guest is checking out that morning?  Right now the day shows totally blocked.

It sounds like a preparation time between guests is set.

Go to your calendar and click on "Availability settings" and then on "Reservation preferences".

Then click on the "Preparation time" box and select "none".
