Hello,
My listing is not available after september 5th. It should be open for booking, but the availability calendar of this listing shows that the booking is closed. I tried to reset and set up the calendar twice, but it doesn't change anything. I tried to wait 24 hours, but it doesn't work either. I can set up availability and price, I can see the listing in search results for any dates until september 5th. When I open the availability calendar in the listing page, it shows that I can not book after september 5th. I have the following parameters : instant booking, 3 nights minimum, self check-in, 30 nights maximum, no smart pricing.
What can I do ?
you have 2 listings. one has no availibility at all (so also not show up in the search system)
The newest one has availibilty only in august.
It seems you tried all possibilities (also checked the "booking window" setting ?), so maybe better to contact Airbnb
@Pierre779 You aren't the only host who has reported this in the past few weeks- many posts on this- there is obviously a bug in the system affecting some listings, but it's not a system-wide glitch, as not all hosts are having this issue.. When you contact Airbnb, be sure to let them know that isn't just some glitch on your account- it's been reportedly happening to many hosts. That way hopefully they'll look at the problem a little deeper than just suggesting you waste your time trying this and that setting change.
try to select a few days after September 5th and manually make them available in the slide in the form you will see on the right side of your desktop window.
If it doesn't help then go to your listing/availability/availability window/edit and set it to 6 months in advance
If it doesn't help then scroll a bit down to trip length/edit/Add a custom rule for seasons or specific dates and see if you have set unintentionally some custom rule
If nothing helps then you will have to contact Airbnb
Thank you everyone. I tried, everything I could do. I will contact AirBnB.
What is the best way to contact them ?
Thank you.
do you have linked calendars here on Airbnb? .... or you sinchronized your calendar with another booking platform? Maybe that's causing the problem
No linked calendars.
I contacted AirBnB by phone on wednesday, they told me they would transfer the informations to the technical team. I haven't heard from them since then. I called again friday, they told me they had no control over the technical team and they could just tell them that I called again. This has been going on for 5 days now. Has this happened to you before ? How long did they take to fix it ?
Thank you.
I had some technical issues a few years ago and it was resolved within 2-3 days.
Interesting but October 1st is open ( but unavailable to book because you have 3 nights min. stay.)
Until Airbnb resolve your problem you could set up a new listing.
I've looked at it again. I can select to check-in any day from August 27 - August 31 (Not later)
I can book any length of stay from 3 - 30 nights. (your min and max stay)
Go to listing/availability/ trip length/edit/Add a custom rule for seasons or specific dates /click on it and see if you have set unintentionally some custom rule (it is hidden and often overlooked)
go to the calendar, select the whole month of Semptember and on the form on the right side select Available, scroll down and set "Rule sets" to "None" then click "Save"
Check if you unintentionaly snoozed your listing for the set period of time

Nothing seems to work. I created a new listing. I will keep looking. Thank you.
