Hi. My name is Stephen and I am an AIRBNB host in Boulder County. Im reaching out to all other Airbnb hosts in the area because Boulder County is proposing new regulations for short term rentals in Boulder County/unincorporated BC. They are currently taking a survey to help them draft new regulations. I believe it is in our best interest to participate in this brief 10 minute survey in order to protect our STR businesses.
