Bad renter

I had a renter check in and hes been a nightmare from day one. I sent a request to cancel his remaining days. He hasn't followed any of the house rules, doing drugs on the property, arribed drunk and yelling scaring the two other ppl in the home and im new to air b and b. Do i just request the change of days and ask him to leave and wait for air b and b to refund him?? And awful to be out the reservation when this renter was so terrible. Can we report bad renters somewhere

yes, you can report him using the small flag under his profile

you should contact Airbnb, explain the situation and ask them to cancel his stay. After that he should leave. If he don't want to leave then you can call the police to escort him out because he is traspassing.

Having code locks is very usefull in such situations as you can just change the code and he can't come back inside.

We did change the code tosay and noon i teqiere he leave and air b and b sent him the request to change

Please read Airbnb Help Centre so you become familia with how Airbnb works.

You should not cancel the booking or you will be penalised.

Call Airbnb now tell them the guest is doing drugs on your property, getting drunk and abusive and upsetting your other guests.

Ask them to cancel the guests booking. Depending on your cancellation policy he may not get a refund.

Hopefully you have already told your guest his behave is unacceptable and told him to stop taking drugs.

As @Branka-and-Silvia0 if the guest refuses to leave call the police.

I did speak with the guests as i had five complaints about him. Unfortunately no one from air b and b contacted me back. I received an email saying it was being sent to senior team member buy no one responded:(
