I don't know if my experience helps, but in my case, I see a rate that is the an average of all fees charged for the dates reserved. So if there was a rate of $100 for two nights and $120 for two nights and there was a $30 cleaning fee, the rate would be $117.50 x 4 minus Air BNB fee is what you get, while the guest has the larger Air BNB fee. Large differences between expectation and actual need to be investigated and you need to ensure that your rates are correctly in the system.
I do remember when I was a very new host, the guest complained about her bill and ultimately I discovered it was a difference between my US dollar and her Canadian dollar. Another reason to discuss with Air BNB.
