Blocking dates "busy subtype must be ..."

Blocking dates "busy subtype must be ..."

I am trying to block dates in January, beyond the 9 month booking window I have set for my listing. Previously I have been able to do this, and have successfully blocked dates in February, but now when I hit "blocked" and "save" I get this message: 

busy_subtype must be one of ["HOST_BUSY", "INSPECTION", "PENDING", "PERSONAL", "MAINTENANCE", "CONFIRMED"]

I can't see anywhere to select a "busy subtype".

I'm worried if I leave it until the 9 month window opens, I will get an instant booking before I can block it off. January is a very popular time of year here.

I ran into this problem as well.  I don't have a good solution, but it appears to do this for anything you try to block outside of your booking window.  However, I was able to go on the AirBnB app on my phone and block the dates just fine.  You might want to try that if you haven't already.
