Hello.
Airbnb blocked all my calendars (for 3 properties) which I only found out about now. I had an issue with a guest 3 weeks ago and cancelled said guest's reservation which Airbnb was aware of and seemed to agree with. Due to this I had/have an open ticket and it seems an investigation. I was not aware of them having blocked all my calendars within the last week though or that there is an investigation. I did send them messages today but am not getting any response. Any idea what to do or how long this will take to resolve ?

You have to wait for the outcome of the investigation.
Airbnb is useally not providing information during the investigation.
Maybe you can share the issue regarding this guest with the community and receive some insights from other hosts.

Do you know how long investigations might take ? I have no idea what they are investigating.
Sorry I am very new to this forum (or problems). Would you know how long these investigations can take ? It has been one week and no feedback from Airbnb. I don't even know what they are investigating. I am a superhost and with Airbnb for 6 years. It all makes no sense. I am at wits end.
It sounds like they presume guilt.
Due to a my fault mix up I had to cancel a 1 week confirmed booking. Airbnb fined me $50 and said they would block that week on my calendar. It is still showing as available on my calendar and I am unable to block it myself. Help please..
