I am not familiar but we owned for 25 years our own charter boat business..we had 5 vessels over 10 metres...I would check on marina policies for overnight stays...if you are allowed overnight stays and there is no clause that friends etc can't stay I would go ahead but beware it may be different for paying guests and you may be required to get additional insurance...you will also need to ensure if the boat is to leave the marina that guests are suitably qualified I myself would only offer a chartered cruise with myself mastering the vessel...  Once you get into charters though you need to comply with maritime regulations and the vessel would probably need to be in survey for commercial charters...good luck with it all I would definitely be interested in staying on a boat if I had the finance 😌 cheers Julie

Hi Julie,
Thank you so much for your response... Yes, we have been in our marina for 2 years with 2 boats and I have complied with the 72 hours max guest onboard and I have the max insurance yet they say I can't Airbnb.
And no we don't allow them to take the boat out, just strictly a nice place to stay.
Frustrating!!
