I am not sure how widespread this might be and Airbnb CS don't seem to understand this is an issue. I was in the platform updating future pricing this morning and discovered that the booking requirements - Govt ID, recommendations from other hosts settings etc has disappeared and shows as not being set. I set this up when I set IB up and now the system decides to do its own thing and wipe them. Given this I went and checked other settings, the cleaning fee was gone as well as the extra guest charges.
It might be a good idea to check your settings are as you want them as it looks like the software has yet again lost the plot and decided it will set its own settings, all of which are of course in favour of the guest.
