@Geoff94 I think your listing descriptions are a little scanty, you could be a bit more detailed. Also I think they are confusing. For instance, your second listing is for 1 bedroom for 2 guests, yet you talk about 2 bedrooms in the description.
Also, I think your photos on the first listing could use a little tweaking. They're clear, which is good, but-Kitchen photo- too many cords visible on the counter, neaten that up, hide the cords. Why is there a plastic bag full of stuff sitting on top of the washing machine? Clear surfaces before taking photos. Same for the desk photo with the computer bag askew on top of a pile of other things, and the dining table full of papers. And close toilet lids before taking bathroom pics.
Also you only have one review so far, and thankfully it's a good one, but not much to go on for guests, but not much you can do about that until you get more reviews. But if no one is looking or booking, that's a catch-22.
Your place looks nice and comfortable. Is there a lot more competition in your area lately? How do your prices compare with surrounding similar listings?
