Guest did not come

Hi , my guest should come 9 hours ago but he did not .. i can not reach him as well. Can you help me please to figure out what happened please?!

You can contact the guest directly to see why, or contact Airbnb so that Airbnb will try to contact the guest. If the guest did not check-in at all,you may still be paid for it if the reservation is not cancelled.
