Broken item by guest

Hi I got a chair broken by our last guest, what should I do?

If you feel this wasn't wear and tear and the  chair is valuable enough to claim for the cost 

 

 

1. If you want to claim, contact the guest with evidance of the broken chair and ask for them to pay replacement costs 

 

2. if the guest refuses or doesn't reply then you can claim through the Resolution Centre (see Airbnb Help)

 

3. Depending on how it got broken you may want to mention it in the review.
