Hello @Zrinka0,
Welcome to the Community Center.
Ah, I can see something is a little odd here. Have you tried clearing your cache and/or changing browsers as a first step?

Airbnb, what's hapenning? Somewhow "guests must arrive on a soecific day" turns kn by itself. I turned it off for several times and now when I save it just revert to the ON. This is a serious bug
Yes, it's a serious one. I'm having a nightmare with this at the moment. (Only discovered that my settings were ticked for Sunday only check-in by accident, after several weeks of no bookings or inquiries) Even when Airbnb are turning it off from their side, it keeps switching itself back on.
Been going round in circles with CX on this for the past 24hrs, no closer to resolution. Now they're gone off to "conduct an investigation", so God only knows how long that's going to take. Just what any host needs in peak summer period.
To make things even more fun, since they've started tinkering round trying to "fix" my settings yesterday, my bed count reset itself to 0 beds, and I got a double booking today for dates that are already booked (on Airbnb!)
Oh, joy...
@Susan17 thanks for the reply. I also discovered this by accident when I rralised I have way less bookings than I use to have in this part of the year. However, it seems that this issue persists on a smartphone only. It's all good on the actual website once I go on it. But on the Android App this is a nightmare. So silly nobody is talking about this! It's ridiculous!
Unfortunately, my settings keep reverting to Sunday only, even when changed on the website, and by Airbnb from their side. (On website and on CX side, it does change briefly, but then goes right back to Sundays - on the app, it won't change for me at all)
You're absolutely right though - Airbnb does have a responsibility to its hosts to keep them informed when glitches occur that can seriously impact their bookings, so all hosts can immediately check whether or not they're affected, before it costs them weeks of potential reservations. That'll never happen though, because then everyone would realise how chronically malfunctioning their entire system is.
Glad you got sorted! Hopefully they'll fix mine soon too 🙂
@Susan17 hehe it is not fixed, because the app is showing the wrong info which related to the possibility of booking. Hope u get your sorted out soon! Share info if you get some more 🙂
Everyone should check their own settings, under the "Trip Length" tab, just in case...
