Can someone place help what to do.. I just got a letter from my homeowner association saying I can't do Airbnb  but I know at the time I got this house there was no Airbnb

So...you present some facts, but what is your question ?

You have two listings and more then 260 reviews, so there is Airbnb definitly now.
