Calculation of payback.. Netherlands

I get various amounts mentioned on email enquiries I receive like title of email mentions eur 112. The payout amount ABB mentions eur 108, my listed price is eur120... is that payout correct and is that calculated with deduction of vat (btw) then deduction of 3% service fee?
Thanks for any advice on this

I can add that a potential customer told me his price is eur 128 which would seem correct with the service fee guests pay to ABB. I wasn't aware that vat would get deducted from my payback (if that is the reason for my low payback).. may have to remember think this whole idea.

Well seems I answered my own question, I think the process of calculating must be correct;
List 120
Deduct vat (6%)= 112 (amount in email title)
Deduct service fee 3%= 108 (payback)
Customer pays 128 ( my list plus about 6%)

I get vat deducted because I am not a business and do not have a vat number.

So I post this just to help anyone else that was doubtful about how their payback is calculated. Basically when setting your prices you need to add about 10%to the amount you would like to receive.... would be good to have this up front from abb in a sort of start up pack... instead of as a fist step host has to set prices with no info about this...
Don't know if anyone agrees or finds this helpful.. or if it is even read lol.. anyway maybe can help someone or if I have it wrong please comment.

Now I am not sure of anything anymore.... values on the email enquiry and payback have changed... now 120 and 116.... so not sure what is happening.
