Calendar Deletion

My calendar is blocked for certain dates pending an individual verification yet I never received a request from this individual or preapproved him. I can't cancel him off my calendar either. Any insight?

@Anonymous  This happens sometimes when a guest tries to book your listing but hasn't completed verifications yet.  They have 24 hours to get verified.  If they don't complete the verification in this time, your calendar will free up.
