The last few days I’ve noticed my calendar isn’t showing the days I had manually blocked out. When I do a search as a guest I can see the dates I blocked are indeed blocked but why can’t I see this easily on the calendar?
Currently when I look at my calendar it’s all white, I only know what’s blocked when I click on the dates.. ps this is on the app, I haven’t tried to look at this on my laptop as I use the app 99% of the time.
I have logged out and back in, deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same. I did update the app about 2 days ago not sure if this is connected.
Any help or advice will be appreciated. I will add a screenshot if possible.
Me too. Very frustrating as I use my phone only. I hope Airbnb fixes it real quickly..
Thought it was me but clearly a bug in the app that needs a fix.
I have the same issue, I work from an iPad so hope this gets reinstated, I use this diary to manage all bookings so really need to see dates that are blocked off. The one thing I saw that is helpful in the app is click on the tab in the calendar for details, this lists the dates and shows whether blocked, booked or avsilable - the format is not as easy as the main calendar but it works.......
All this just reinforces my choice to be low-tech. No smart phone, no apps, little frustration. I know it's not an viable option for everyone.
I've had the same problem for a couple days as well. It does not show on my iphone or my ipad, but does show on my desktop. I contacted Airbnb support and, after addressing me by a completely different name because they had their conversations mixed up, they said, and I quote: "As of right now, this is the way the calendar is displaying on all app using devices." Yea, so tell me something I don't already know..... So much for any help, or even an acknowledgement that something is wrong!
I have been going back and forth with Airbnb "Support" - and this is their latest response: They are completely denying that this is a bug.
"As of now, this is not a glitch or an issue with the site. the app on all devices will not show blocked dates on calendar view only when you select specific dates.
There is no immediate fix to this as this is a new functionally to the app and the new attended way it's supposed to display.
I definitely understand that you are upset about this change as are many other hosts.
We encourage you to use the Airbnb.com/feedback link as your voice there will be the qickest way to change the current functionatlity."
We need to bombard Airbnb.com/feedback with our concerns.
This was the first reply from them. We have to report at the link below in order for them to change it back, if at all.
I am Anthony a case manager with Airbnb. This is a new functionality aspect. As of right now, there is no way to revert back to the old view.
I do suggest any complaints or improvement you wish to suggest you let our team know at airbnb.com/feedback
This way if enough people tell us it's not effective we can get it changed.

I'm using an android and so far it's OK. So I'm not sure if this is an iPhone only issue or just that I maybe haven't upadted the app? In most of the issues raised an iPhone is mentioned. Does anyone know if this is also an issue on the Android?
Same issue here on my app on the iPhone, but not an issue on my iPad!

This is so frustrating! Same problem here, I don't have a computer only my phone. Having to go into each day to make sure they are available or blocked is a waste of my time . Switch it back to the way it was
I'm having the same issue, it was probably an update of the app that has a bug, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
