Calendar sync problem

Can anyone tell me if there is a current problem with calendar  syncing? I have had multiple booking requests for dates that are unavailable across mulitiple properties because it seems the automatic sync with another booking site is not working. All of the previously booked dates are showing as available on Airbnb. I am currently franticly closing dates on all properties manually.

Thanks Jeff. In the meantime I hope I won't be penalised for having to decline bookings for dates that are unavailable.

I have the same problem. All reservations from Booking.com disappear from Airbnb calendar and I should cancel 4 reservations yet. Booking calendar shows me reservations from Airbnb and sync is OK. But I have problem with Airbnb. I book my calendar manually. 😕 

yes its a global problem.

The problem is with booking.com, not AirBNB:

Booking.com sent me this when i notified them last night:

"There currently is a bug out with our Calendar systems where our Partners can not Export Calendar or Sync accurately on other platforms.

We have our technical team currently working hard on trying to resolve this issue. When they have resolved they will send out a message to all of our partners stating so."

 

So people should stress booking.com for a quick solution this time, not AirBNB.

It started working for me. Do a manual sync and see if it works for you as well.

Hello,

 

I have also been experiencing this problem for a few months. I had to remove my property from booking.com as it seemed to be their issue. Would love to hear if anyone has a fix.

Hi!
If you are fine to pay 5$ per listing, then try Effective Tours channel manager.
Instant sync between Airbnb, Booking and Expedia works fine and you will get tons of other features as well.
