Can I pay for higher amount of protection insurance

Airbnb covers up to 1 million for protection insurance to every host.

my house is worth over 3.5 million. Can I pay to Airbnb protection insurance to increase the insurance coverage to 2 million?

No, @Matie0 , pay an insurance company for insurance. That host guarantee is not insurance at all, and even if it were, it cannot be increased by paying anything. 

Go with real insurance.

If you think the host 'protection' is home insurance, @Matie0, you're going to be sorely disappointed - because it isn't. You might want to read up on the FAQs, and sharpish.

Airbnb host protection is a joke~ it's not even real insurance. 

You should go to Airbnb HELP, do a search for "host protection" and read up on what Airbnb *really* means by host protection.
