Can a former guest use Airbnb to reimburse me for mail I paid to have forward to the former guest

I have previously paid to forward mail to a previous guest.  The former guest reimbursed me through Airbnb.  The former guest initiated the reimbursement payment.  I did not to do anything.  I now have another former guest that needs to reimburse me for forwarding their mail.  Is there a way for the host intiate  a payment for reimbursement using Airbnb by a former guest?

I found the answer to my own question.  Maybe I should have done the research before posting. LOL  Below are the steps for the host requesting reimbursement for post reservation cost such as forwarding mail.  It is best to do this process on a computer/laptop better than a smartphone.  For some old reason, the smartphone does not reflect previous guest for the past six months.

You have up to 60 days after your reservation's checkout date to submit a Resolution Center request for non-security deposit related issues.  To request funds/reimbursement cost from a former guest, the host must put a claim request using the Airbnb Resolution center.  Below are the steps:

The instructions for accessing the Resolution Center-

  1. Help home > Hosting help > Canceling a reservation or you can type in the URL: airbnb.com/resolutions.
  2. If you are the former guest initiating the reimbursement, you click the “Send money” button. If you are the host initiating the reimbursement, you click the “Request money” button.
  3. Under the heading, “Request money from,” you select the guest’s name from whom you are requesting reimbursement.
  4. Hit the “next” button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Under the heading, “Select a reason,’ you select one of the reasons that closely identified with the cause of the reimbursement claim.
  6. Hit the “next” button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Under the heading, “How much would you like to request from the former guest’s name appears, you enter the dollar amount.
  8. If you have picture that support your claim, such as pictures of the product and/or pictures of receipts you should up load, otherwise, you can hit the skip button at the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
  9. You enter the dollar amount. You may also add a note to the guest as to why they are receiving the request for funds as a reminder.
  10. Last step is you hit the submit button.
  11. You will see a summary of the request at the end.

@Craig280  Why are you getting former guests mail? You never let a guest use your address to receive mail under any conditions, nothing good comes from it and it can get you into trouble you don't even want to think about. In the future return any mail for them "Not At This Address Return to Sender" on the front with a black marker cross out your address and just let his name show and drop it in a mailbox. Do the same with packages and drop them off at a UPS or FedX store or the refuse delivery.
