Can an apartment complex be a host?

Hi all.

I am the community manager of an apartment complex here in San Antonio. We have a fully furnished guest suite at the property that we would like to start leasing on airbnb for those that visit the area. Is this allowed through Airbnb? If so, how do I get started? If not, can you tell me why please?

This is not vacant apartments that we are looking to lease.
