LInk two listings

I want to offer a cheaper price for people only using one of our rooms.

I have set up two lettings

A = two bedrooms

B = one bedroom

If someone books the two rooms it will block out  (A) both rooms, but if someone books a single room (B), I need it to block out the other letting too. How dom I do this?

That is not possible.

But:

I noticed your listings offers the entire guesthouse. If 1 bedroom is not available, then it is not the entire guesthouse anymore !

What you probably want is: up to 2 guests  one bedroom is available, up to 4 guests two bedrooms are available for use ?

If two people want a bedroom each it costs more but if two people want onevroom we xan offer it for less so what you say is partly right but how do i do what you suggest?

I saw their is not much difference in price for the 1 or 2 bedroom listing. If you offer the entire guesthouse, you could decide to make 1 listing and set up a base price for up to two guests and set a fee for the additional guests:

That still does not solve the problem of closing 1 bedroom (As it is the entire guesthouse offered, which offcourse includes two bedrooms)

But if booking is for two guests and they are willing to share 1 bedroom (which will be most common, i guess) you could offer a discount, to be mentioned in the listing. Condition is also then the other bedroom will not be accessable. The discount can be provided by special offer.

Otherwise you will have to offer bedrooms instead of entire guesthouse and link the calenders. Advantage then is you can make reservations to different guests in same period.

Thanks Emiel you are very helpful. Can I ask one more question? If I close the second listing how can i transfer the only booking on it to the first one or what else could I do to sort it out? Thanks!
