Can guests choose to rate only certain aspects at the end of a stay?
I've been tracking my stats based on a previous suggestion so that I can better see which guests are leaving the reviews. I just noticed though that of 28 trips, on several of the metrics (value, arrival and location) there are only a total of 26 ratings. Is it possible that a guest can choose to rate only certain aspects and skip others in the review section? If yes, does the lower amount of ratings/stars lower your overall score?
Hi, I had the same thing happen to me and the person I spoke to at airbnb said it was a glitch and she could see the rating I got for those three items. After the 2 times it went back to normal. Don't worry about it.
Hi again, it will never show up when you look at your stats page so do not expect it to correct. If you are curious, call Airbnb and they will tell you what it is.
