Can someone help me?

I want to be able to use the site on my phone

 I want to be able to find all emails  not just support messages or block dates. Dragging certainly does not work for me 

 

I feel totally lost with the site.

What are you trying to do @Lisa1851 

 

You should be able to do anything on the phone that you can do using a laptop/PC.

On your phone click the Airbnb logo in the upper left corner.  You should see a option for messages in the drop down list.
