Can't access my profile

Hello Team Airbnb,

I am really happy for sending Guest to our Tranquillity Beach Resort, Ganapatipule, Ratnagiri. 

I want help from your side, 

I can't access my profile on my laptop & not even my mobile.

when i tried to open my profile i directly login to my FB page.

As our policies are change and now on wards we are selling only MAP package, i.e Stay with dinner and breakfast.

1) My previous rates was only for room rate. now the rate card is different and i couldn't update on site.

Please help me to update new rates.

Then only i will answer to guest's quires..

2) I have one room with double occupancy for airbnb guest house.

3) For double occupancy my rate is 4000/- rs per couple per night. (MAP package)

Please do the needful & help me to update my rate card. before that i cant accept guest in such a low prize

so after updating my new rates then only  i can reply to Guest. 

Debasis sir's inquiry for oct at the rate 1400/- is not applicable at present.

Great to meet you. Sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues logging into your Airbnb account via your Facebook login. Is there a particular issue you are getting, ie. is the password not being accepted? 

If it just isn't displaying correctly, perhaps check on a different browser. If this still doesn't work and you are sure the password you are entered is correct, I would recommend contacting Airbnb's Support Team.
