Can't add payout method

Hi. I have added an appartment on rent. but unfortunately i'm unable to add a payout method. Every time i try to add a payout method it's written : "Unable to perform action. Please try again through the website or contact support if you need immediate assistance." I have tried from a computer and my telephone, but it is still not working. Coud you please help me with this issue. Thank you in advance. Vika
