Can't complete verification process because can't enter ID or photoj
I just received an email saying I need to add a new photo or my reservation will be cancelled. But when I click the "Take another photo" button, I get a page that says I'm all set. How can I add a new photo?
Just to make things more confusing, my profile shows a notification requesting that I add a clearer photo of my ID (not myself). But I can't figure out how to add another ID photo either.
