Can't find my listing

I have been trying since last year to discontinue hosting on Airbnb but I  have been having difficulty signing in.  I tried updating my profile but honestly there were too many requirements.  All I want is to discontinue because my apartment is no longer available. Now I  got a booking yesterday and I have spent hours trying to cancel the reservation.  The guest is hounding me to cancel so het can get his money back. What do I do? HELP

Your profile https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/76919399 does not show an active listing now. if you received a booking, it can not be from this account. Maybe you own another account ?

Normal procedure is for deactivation is: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/476/how-do-i-snooze-or-deactivate-my-listing

 

After that, if desired, you can cancel your account.
