Can the price change itself?

Hey Guys - 

I have turned off smart pricing and set my own base price and weekend pricing however I have noticed that every night the pricing I set that day gets reset to a much lower rate, what is going on and how can I stop this?! I don't have time to get in every morning and re-update my pricing...

@Mary0  It sounds like you still have the smart pricing check. I would double check that it's really off. If it is call AirBnB, this should not be happening.

HI Mary, 

have you resolved the issue?  my smart price check is off, but the price was set lower price as I have set.  I tried to fix it from calendar, but the price still showed the lower price. the price I have set is diffrent from the guest can see.

I have the same problem. I had four bookings come on at my set price then today I get on that is $13 less.  I don’t agree with that.
