cancellation policy

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Abnb was an agency that you could do some business with before. Now it is a pile of **bleep** worth 50billion.

Please, turn off the **bleep**ing instant booking for my listing, and change my cancellation policy to flexible. Otherwise Im gonna delete my account in 24 hours, because it makes only trouble for me.

Both settings can be changed by yourself, consult help pages.

You can not delete the account yourself, only deactivate it:

@Lazar5   This is a community forum where hosts and guests can ask questions and exchange information. You would need to contact Airbnb directly for issues you are having trouble changing. And the things you want to change are easily done by the host, as Emiel has directed.

While I understand your frustration with the platform, as there are many issues for all of us, if you ever do need to contact Airbnb for help, they will not be very helpful if you start out by cussing them out. That's pretty much Human Relations 101.
