Cancel part of the booking

Hi,

The guest book to checkin on June 16, 2019 and to check out on July 1, 2019.

He makes a mistake and need to go back on Jun 27, 2019.

What should I do on my side as host to get the days unblocked and what do the guest need to do on his side to get refund? 

Please, advise.

@Everett9 the guest has to alter his reservation and you need to accept it, Airbnb will take care of the refund and the dates will be unblocked automatically.
