If you cancel, you will face penalties from Airbnb:

If you contact Airbnb, they probably will tell you it is a violation of their nondiscrimination policy to discriminate by age.

@Susan1169  18 is the legal age where a guest can set up an Airbnb account. You can't discriminate based on age or say you only accept 25 and over unless you are part of an HOA or other entity that has this age restriction.
